TO LOGIN TO THE STUDENT PORTAL
Enter your Pilbara TAFE student number which is the number 14 followed by your 7-digit Pilbara TAFE Student ID.
Your Pilbara TAFE Student ID can be found on a Statement of Academic Record or on a previous Confirmation of Enrolment or you may phone Client Services at your nearest campus for assistance.
Your default password will be your date of birth, entered in the following format without spaces - ddmmyyyy. You will be prompted to change your password on your first login. Please keep it secure by treating it like a bank PIN, never giving it to anyone and keeping it separate from your Pilbara TAFE student portal User ID.
The Pilbara TAFE student portal will enable you to view and update your personal details, complete the student questionnaire and view results/enrolments. If you are a current Apprentice or Trainee, you will also be able to view your Study Plan to see what units you have completed and how many you still have to complete to be eligible for the academic qualification.
